Once your JanJay Fashions order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link when available.
Find your tracking link
- Open the shipping confirmation email from JanJay Fashions.
- Select the tracking link to view the latest carrier updates.
- You can also open your original order confirmation and select the order-status link.
Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives your package. If your order has not shipped yet, tracking may not be available.
